How do I know if my order has gone through?

We will send you an order confirmation email, and you can check the Order History screen to see a status of your order.

How long will my order take to ship?

Typically our cards print and ship within 1 business day.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Once shipped, cards mailed to the US should arrive in 1 - 3 days. International orders vary from 4 - 15 days. Card packs arrive in 2-5 days or can be upgraded to arrive the day after shipping. More specifics on international orders can be found here: www.sincerely.com/delivery.

How can I edit my account information?

Account info is updated through the app. Tapping on the three horizontal lines in the upper left of the home screen will reveal the main menu. Select Account. From there, you’ll see everything you can update.

Where can I send a card?

Our cards can be sent to and from anywhere in the world.

How much does an Ink Card cost?

Each Classic Card (5x7-inch glossy) costs $2 USD or can be redeemed for 10 credits. Classic cards sent to destinations outside the United States cost an additional $1 USD. Each Premium Flat Card (5x7-inch matte with envelope) costs $4 USD or can be redeemed for 20 credits. Upgrade to a Premium Folded card (5x7-inch matte with envelope) for an additional 50¢ or 2 credits. Premium Cards sent to destinations outside the United States cost an additional $1 USD. Each Premium Flat Card in our Card Packs starts at $2 or can be redeemed for 10 credits. Card Packs are sold in increments of 10 up to 200 cards, and increments of 50 up to 500 cards. The more you buy, the more you save--as low as $1.20 per card. Standard shipping is an additional $10 USD, expedited shipping is an additional $15 USD, not redeemable with credits.
